Мужчина получил полгода исправительных работ за убийство собаки

ВОРОНЕЖ, РИА Новости, Елена Лазаренко. Суд приговорил безработного жителя поселка Шахово Орловской области к шести месяцам исправительных работ с удержанием в доход государства 5% заработка за зверское убийство собаки, сообщает в понедельник прокуратура Орловской области.
В России крайне редко выносят приговоры за жестокое обращение с животными.
Согласно сообщению, суд, вынесший приговор на минувшей неделе, установил, что 22-летний мужчина 3 марта зашел в частное домовладение, где в палисаднике на привязи сидела дворняжка. "Подойдя к собаке, он с применением садистских методов нанес животному множественные телесные повреждения, повлекшие его гибель", - говорится в пресс-релизе.
Подсудимый согласился с предъявленным обвинением. Приговор пока не вступил в законную силу.
